Does the program cost anything for my company?
No. Enrolment is completely free and there is zero administrative overhead for your HR team. There are no contracts, no minimum order requirements, and no ongoing fees of any kind.
How do employees access the corporate discount?
Once your company is enrolled, employees receive a unique perk code. They enter this code in the cart or at checkout on NationalMattress.ca and the preferred corporate pricing is applied automatically. The code can also be used when shopping in-store at any National Mattress showroom.
Do employees have to visit a store to use the program?
No. Orders can be completed entirely online with delivery available across Canada. However, employees who live near a National Mattress showroom are welcome to visit and try mattresses in person before purchasing. Our non-commissioned sleep experts provide the same pressure-free guidance whether you shop online or in-store.
Is there a minimum company size to participate?
No. The program is open to organisations of all sizes, from small startups to large national enterprises. If you have employees who sleep, you qualify.
What products are included in the program?
The corporate perk code applies to every product sold on NationalMattress.ca, including mattresses of all sizes and types, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, bed frames, and bedding accessories. There are no exclusions.
Can employees exchange their mattress if it is not the right fit?
Yes. Employee Sleep Program purchases include our 100-Night Comfort Exchange. If the mattress is not the right firmness or model, employees can exchange it within 100 nights. Our sleep experts are also available to help employees choose the right mattress from the start, reducing the likelihood of a mismatch.
How does the charitable donation work?
